Davis turns 4!

Davis's birthday ended up being a few days after we got home from Thanksgiving in Idaho Falls. The timing was great and it was nice to be home to celebrate. 

This was the first time Davis had had a birthday party and he was so excited to have a Mario party. He kept talking about all of the friends he wanted to invite and the type of cake he wanted.

At the end of the party the kids took turns playing Mario on our Super Nintendo Classic. 

After the party, Davis opened presents from us, and the Nintendo 2DS was a huge hit. His older brothers were VERY jealous. 

When we asked Davis where he wanted to go to dinner, he said, "The place with the smiley face that looks like me and has thumbs up!" We couldn't figure out what he meant, but then it clicked that he was talking about the guy on the sign at Chubby's!! We had a good laugh at that one. I thought it was so cute!

We LOVE this boy. I describe him as a ray of sunshine, because he truly is. He is almost always happy and quick to laugh. I'm so glad he's ours!
