Fourth of July 2021

It's definitely one of our very favorite weekends of the year, and this year was no different. Family, dirt bikes and four wheelers, mountain bikes, boating, kayaking, and just hanging out at the cabin. We stopped in Rexburg for dinner on our way to Island Park and had to take a picture with this street sign!

The older two boys have really been loving riding their new dirt bikes with Sean. It's been such a fun thing for them to all do together. They loved riding in Island Park.

Swimming in the river we like to ride to from the cabin.

We loved going boating on the Heinhold's boat on Hebgen Lake. It was such a fun day! Jackson tried wakeboarding for the first time and made it up! Hebgen Lake is so beautiful and will always be a favorite spot for me. It was so nice not having it crowded like it is when you try to go boating in Utah.

Dave took Jackson and Bode mountain biking at Herriman State Park and it was a highlight of the trip for the boys.

Always have to make a stop at Big Springs. This time we walked over to the Johnny Sack cabin and went inside. Molly even suckered her grandpa into buying her a little notebook.

We took our kids to Targhee Creek a few years ago and they loved it, so we went back. They all got in the freezing water!

Kayaking down Big Springs has become another favorite this past couple of years.

Breakfast at our favorite spot to cap off another really great trip to the cabin.

Jackson was the last man standing on our drive home!
